Dr. Elizabeth Mullen, Psy.D.
CLINICAL PSYCHOLOGIST
Dr. Elizabeth Mullen is a licensed clinical psychologist with extensive experience across correctional, skilled nursing, and community mental health settings. Her expertise spans clients of all ages, addressing diverse psychological needs in both clinical and forensic contexts. Dr. Mullen’s clinical background includes providing therapy and evaluations in high-security correctional facilities, rehabilitation and long-term care centers, outpatient programs, and community-based services in both Connecticut and New Jersey.
Currently, Dr. Mullen practices with Keystone Psychological Services, where she assists with pre-employment evaluations for law enforcement and fire department candidates, as well as conducting psychosexual assessments for adolescents. Dr. Mullen recently returned to Rutgers University Correctional Health Care for intake evaluations and risk assessment. Her previous decade of service at Rutgers included individual and group therapy, risk assessments, and delivering crisis intervention in New Jersey’s youth and adult correctional facilities.
Dr. Mullen earned her Psy.D. and M.A. in Clinical Psychology from the University of Hartford’s Graduate Institute of Professional Psychology, graduating magna cum laude, and a B.A. in Psychology from Loyola University Maryland, magna cum laude.
