Dr. Diaz has extensive experience in the forensic psychology field serving as the expert evaluator for the NJ Office of the Public Defender, the NJ Office of Parental Representation, the NJ Division of Child Protection and Permanency (DCPP), and NJ Care Management Organizations (CMO).
As the primary psychologist to the Newark Police and Fire Department, Dr. Diaz also provides preemployment and Fitness of Duty assessments, as well as critical incident debriefings for officers and firefighters.
